All of our classes are taught and supervised by world-class instructors. Safety gear and clothing requirements vary by class.

Womens Combat Training
Boxing:
Learn boxing fundamentals, including punches, footwork, movement and timing. Run all the drills and learn all the skills without getting hit. Then, step it up a notch and get in the ring (with instructor approval). Continue building your skills while you practice in the ring.

Kids Tae Kwan Do

Kids Tae Kwon Do:
This children’s Tae Kwon Do class helps kids work toward achieving goals, gain self respect and self control. Kids will also experience increased confidence and focus; this will show not only during Tae Kwon Do classes, but also in school and at home. We will teach your child to uphold our code of mutual respect for themselves, their parents and teachers.

Brave Legion Mixed Martial Arts
MMA:
Learn to be the most dynamic fighter in the world by training in our MMA program. You will be trained to stand up and strike, take your opponents to the ground and submit them or continue striking from the ground. You will be able to control where the fight takes place and dictate the method that you will use to be the victor in competition or any self-defense situation. This program will boost your confidence through the roof and give you a lean, muscular physique while increasing your speed, power, and flexibility. Remember NO EGOS or EXCUSES ALLOWED.

Brave Legion MatSubmission Wrestling:
Our submission wrestling program is as good as it gets with our unique blend of collegiate, freestyle, and Greco wrestling to ensure that you take your opponent down and controlling your position at all times and our world class submission techniques to submit your opponent in competition or incapacitate someone attempting to harm you. This is a great class to make friends and train while sharing the camaraderie of other club members.

Level I – Welcomes members new to the sport or training/exercising in general. This is a great class to learn technique as well as becoming comfortable with training without a rigorous pace or competing against other members of our club.

Level II – Focuses on members that are familiar with the fundamentals and basic techniques of the sport and that would like to participate in mild sparring.

Level III – Focuses primarily on members that compete in this sport and require a very high level of technique and intensity while they train. This class emphasizes on very rigorous and advanced sparring sessions.
